Complementing our bakery items are artisanal breakfasts and specialty coffee, crafted to make every visit to Parlor feel like a treat.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure the successful opening of the shop according to Parlor standards.
Must be available to work at 6 am.
Must be available to work weekends.
Prepare high quality coffee drinks.
Maintain a relational aspect with customers while making quick delivery of all drinks.
Demonstrate effective time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
Monitor stock of inventories and supplies and notify manager when low.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
Perform shop duties including cleaning, washing dishes, taking out trash, etc.
Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment as outline in the designated checklists.
Maintain personal hygiene as prescribed by law and Parlor Dress Code standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Base of specialty coffee/beverage knowledge
Attention to detail
Ability to think logically
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Able to juggle multiple tasks in fast environment
Must have a food handlers license
Physical Demands
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
Ability to operate all related restaurant tools and equipment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
