Physical Therapist Location: Golden Valley, MN Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,897 to $2,097 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Minnesota state license or ability to obtain the Minnesota license prior to the assignment start date. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Prior experience with post-acute care documentation and skilled therapy plans of care preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide skilled restorative and discharge-focused therapy. Current CPR certification preferred.
