Active Minnesota state license or ability to obtain the Minnesota license prior to the assignment start date. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Prior experience with post-acute care documentation and skilled therapy plans of care preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide skilled restorative and discharge-focused therapy. Current CPR certification preferred.
