We value providers who are independent, efficient, and dedicated to building strong patient relationships.What You?ll DoProvide comprehensive patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and education.Coordinate care and communicate effectively with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and specialists.Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in our EMR.Your ScheduleOur practice offers extended weekday and weekend hours, with a schedule designed for balance and variety:3 shifts8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM1 shift12:00 PM ? 7:00 PM1 shift8:00 AM ? 12:00 PM1 Saturday per month9:00 AM ? 3:00 PMQualificationsMinimum 2 years of family practice experience (preferred).Current Virginia NP or PA licenseStrong clinical judgment, adaptability, and ability to work independently.Team-oriented with a positive, patient-focused approach.Why Join Us?We believe in rewarding excellence.
