Maintenance Director

We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Director. This is a Full-Time position with a competitive salary. The schedule is M-F, from 8am – 4:30pm.Requirements of the Maintenance Director:Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Maintenance Director or SupervisorKnowledge of basic repairs and equipment with relation to a hospital settingA high school diploma or G.E.DA valid Illinois Driver’s LicenseMust be physically and mentally capable of performing routine job dutiesMust have good problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilitiesBe personable and professional with residents, families and staff and a team-playerResponsibilities of the Maintenance Director:Maintain including repairs of areas and propertyImplement a preventative maintenance programAssure the proper maintenance and running condition of all appliances and machinery, laundry equipment, forced air units, air handlers, boilers and heating units in the boiler room, sump pumps, emergency generator, fire alarms and elevatorsSupervise all repairs, construction, renovation, and remodeling and routine maintenance of the building and all department equipmentAdhere to established fire, disaster, safety, infection control and evacuation policies and proceduresIn Addition to a Competitive Salary, We Also Offer:Choice of several health insurance plans401(k) with company matchVoluntary Dental, Vision, Disability and Life InsurancePaid time offOpportunity for Advancement
