Project Coordinator

Overview: Processes, assembles, packs and ships requests for forms, training material, kits, PC equipment and related materials for Enterprise associates. Receives and verifies printed material. Processes purchase orders and inputs information into inventory system when applicable. Performs physical counts and destructions upon request. Works with some supervision and is responsible for making a minimal range of decisions, escalating to manager when appropriate and updating manager on a regular basis. Responsibilities: What you will do: Verifies quantities and receives printed items into the inventory system as received and issues the official receiving and inspection report. Notifies management or Purchasing Agent when necessary (item record not found in system, item damage, packing list discrepancy or omitted instructions). Processes, assembles and packs material requests, kits, PC equipment, group shipments, special events material and other items for W&SFG. Delivers packages and requested material to associates. Ships packages using shipping systems. Inputs accurate reference information for chargeback purposes and runs daily reports. Assists associates with shipping information and procedures. Investigates delivery issues and tracks packages when necessary. Keeps record of time on work performed and documents information on daily timesheet. Calculates total time and submits daily timesheet to manager. Transports materials to/from the Print Shop and loading dock using electric forklifts. Supports other Inventory & Traffic Control associates when necessary. Participates in the annual physical inventory count of all stocked items. Counts accurately and logs totals legibly. Participates in the training of new associates. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Qualifications: High School Diploma GED Demonstrated experience in completing and prioritizing multiple functions with high volumes of work effectively and accurately. Maintains a calm and professional demeanor under demanding business situations. Demonstrated experience working within a team composed of associates who are at various levels of experience. Proven experience handling and effectively resolving customer issues. Cite examples of strong customer service skills. Demonstrated experience of going above and beyond the call of duty to assist team members. Basic knowledge of word processing applications. Basic knowledge of Windows operating system. Proven flexibility when faced with changes in work procedures. Cite examples of understanding and implementing new concepts. DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Upon Hire Forklift Certification within 60 Days Work Setting/Position Demands: Demonstrated ability to walk, stand, stoop, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, balance, climb and lift a maximum of 55 lbs. unassisted. Ability to make substantial repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, fingers, arms, shoulders, hips and waist. This position works in both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions. Exposure to noise, dirt, odors, temperature extremes and potentially hazardous tools and equipment. Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects. Travel Requirements: None
