What you’ll do:Develop, maintain, and enhance RPG programs on the IBM i platformLearn and support Infor ERP System/21 in a live manufacturing environmentSupport enterprise business applications tied directly to operationsAssist with troubleshooting, enhancements, and system improvementsWork closely on-site with users and senior IT leadershipThis role is a good fit if you:Want to build a career working with IBM i and RPG, not general ITHave 1–5 years of IT experience, or relevant coursework in programming/systemsAre curious about how ERP and manufacturing systems really workAre comfortable working on-site in Carrollton, TXWhy this role:Direct mentorship from a senior IBM i / RPG professionalsHands-on development on real production systemsLong-term growth in a stable manufacturing companyQualificationsProficiency in Systems Analysis and Business Analysis to understand and translate business needs into technical requirementsStrong Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex problems effectivelyExperience in Information Technology with knowledge of IBM i platform a plusExceptional Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system and application issuesEffective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teamsRelevant experience or education in computer science, information systems, or a related fieldKnowledge of RPG programming and experience with ERP systems is a plus
