Job SummaryJob Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working with healthcare data standards and APIs, particularly HL7 FHIR. As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our clinical chatbot product, ensuring it meets the needs of doctors and integrates effectively with existing systems. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, including doctors, engineers, and business leaders, to define and prioritize product requirements. Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and customer needs. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high quality features and functionalities. Serve as the primary point of contact for all functional aspects of the product, including integration with Google FHIR API and other relevant systems. Conduct regular product reviews and gather feedback from users to drive continuous improvement. Ensure the chatbot's NLP capabilities accurately derive intent and entities from input text to fetch relevant information from the FHIR store. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for optimization. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in healthcare technology and NLP to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative. Provide training and support to end users to maximize the product's value. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and protocols, particularly HL7 FHIR. Experience with APIs, especially Google FHIR API. Proficiency in working with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools. Preferred Skills: Experience in AI driven applications and products. Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations in healthcare. Prior experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar.
