Clinical Therapist/LCSW/LMSW

Las Clinicas del Norte (LCDN), invites licensed LCSW's or LMSW's to apply for two positions at our clinics. LCDN is a qualified a federally designated Frontier Community Health Center/Medically Underserved Area allowing providers to access both state and federal loan repayment programs. LCDN's mission is to provide culturally competent care to the underserved and medically indigent patients in a remote part of northern New Mexico. LCDN operates three clinic sites in Abiquiu, Ojo Caliente, and El Rito, all strategically located to provide maximum access to the area's rural residents and School-Based Health Centers in Pojoaque, Los Alamos, NM.Daily ResponsibilitiesIntake, diagnose, evaluate, develop treatment plan, and monitor progress for patients to include individuals, couples, families, and groupsEstablish working relationships with sponsoring, advisory, and related services agenciesPromote organization by ensuring the understanding of program services available to clientsEnforce rules, regulations, and legal requirements with clients and document events of the therapeutic processAssist clients in obtaining services by initiating referrals to community agencies and resourcesWork hours: Four (10) hour workdaysQualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work or equivalentNew Mexico LISW, LCSW, or LMSW requiredThree years of experience in community-based behavioral health servicesAbility to work in/with a multicultural populationDemonstrate competence in preparing client documentation in accordance with generally accepted clinical standardsBilingual preferredBenefits403b Retirement program employer matching contribution up to 7%Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability InsuranceAnnual, Sick, Personal LeavePaid Holidays (10)CME Tuition Support and LeaveMal-Practice Insurance by FTCA coverage upon hiringFederal and state loan repayment programsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearExperience:* SOCIAL WORK: 3 years (Preferred)Education:* Master's (Required)License:* NM LCSW OR LMSW (Required)* Background and reference checks required
