We are seeking skilled Fire Alarm Service Technicians to inspect, test, repair, and maintain fire alarm systems. You'll ensure systems comply with NFPA codes and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:Inspect and test fire alarm components inclusing control panels and dectectors.Troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions identifying and resolving issues with wiring, circuitry, devices and software. Perform preventive maintenance activities. Document all service activities using the ServiceTrade platform.Collaborate with clients and internal teams for repairs and scheduling.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, always adhering to safety guidelines, protocols and procedures. Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent. NICET certifications strongly preferred. State specific Fire Alarm licensing preferred or ability to acquire. Experience with fire alarm systems in commercial/industrial settings.Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.Understanding of fire alarm codes, standards and regulations, including NFPA 72. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and customer service.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
