The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related area, with a graduate degree or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in banking, accounting, or a similar financial field, particularly in a highly regulated environment. Key responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer at the company include managing the asset/liability profile, supervising the budgeting process, leading liquidity risk management, and generating and supervising various financial reports. The CFO will also be involved in the preparation of regulatory reports, analyzing the loan portfolio, and monitoring insurance policies. The successful candidate will be adept at making prudent decisions, demonstrate professional judgment, and have strong attention to detail. Proficiency in financial statement analysis, experience with regulatory exams, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.
