POSITION TITLE: Assembler (Casegoods)

REPORTS TO: Casegoods Manager

FUNCTION
Completes cabinet assembly to meet AIS specifications and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble cabinets in predetermined sequence and work orders
Mount hardware and connectors
Quality inspection of assembled product
Read and use metric tape measure
Read and understand part drawings
Read and understand work orders
Inspect parts for quality defects
Able to consistently run at rate
Lead, train, and direct Pre-Assembler
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work with technical data
Self-motivated
Ability to multitask and pay attention to details
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, gripping, stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.
