Manager-Fund AccountingLivingston, NJ-Hybrid schedule (three days onsite)Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.Some of the things you will be doing:The Manager will manage multiple client relationships ensuring superior client service with their client service team members.Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds such as:Review accounting records, financial statements, and support schedules (GAAP & OCBOA)Review SBA compliance reporting, including SBA Form 468 preparationReview capital call & distribution calculations and lettersReview waterfalls and partner capital account statementsCoordinate deliverables with Investor Services teamCareer development, supervision, and training of staffDaily client and team member interactionInternal responsibilities (filing, status reports, time tracking, etc.What Technical Skills, Experience, and Qualifications do you need?BS Degree in Accounting - CPA or CPA candidate preferredExperience in portfolio/investment and partnership accounting required, Private Equity accounting experience requiredWorking knowledge of US GAAPAdvanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)Investran experience preferredAble to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlinesExperience delegating, training and supervising staffExperience managing client relationshipsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAt CSC, compensation depends on several factors, including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual.
