Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The LPC will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, assess client needs, and develop personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing crisis intervention and emotional support as necessary. The LPC will help clients set goals, navigate challenges, and achieve mental and emotional wellness. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting individual and group therapy sessions, case management, and client needs assessments.Experienced in crisis intervention, care coordination, and the development of treatment plans.Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, and other counseling methods.Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and empathy to build trust and rapport with clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for accurate documentation and effective collaboration.Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines and legal requirements in counseling practice.Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Licensure as an LPC in the state of Texas is required.Prior experience working in outpatient, clinical, or community mental health settings is preferred.
