Our services include physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, sports performance training, and progressive rehabilitation. Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
Lead and oversee clinical operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of physical therapists and clinical staff
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct patient care using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement training
Implement return-to-sport and performance-based rehabilitation programs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Ensure compliance with New York State regulations and clinic protocols
Assist in developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures
Support scheduling and ensure efficient clinic operations
Participate in community outreach and marketing initiativesQualifications
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
Strong background in sports medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, and manual therapy
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team
Experience working with athletic populations and return-to-sport protocols preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism
Specialty certifications (PRPC, CAPP-Pelvic, ICE, APTA Pelvic Health, CHT) are a plusSkills:
Expertise in physical therapy techniques, manual therapy, and rehabilitation protocols
Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and create customized treatment plans
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication skills with patients and team members
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate clinical staff
