With a nationwide presence, CarePatrol provides no-cost assistance in identifying the most appropriate Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, or Residential Care facilities, leveraging a network of thousands of providers.Role DescriptionThe Community Liaison and Senior Care Advisor will provide professional support to seniors and their families in identifying appropriate senior living options in the Fort Worth, TX area. The role includes conducting initial assessments, offering recommendations, and fostering relationships with healthcare providers and senior living facilities. This is a full-time role. The ideal candidate will utilize strong interpersonal skills to build trust, provide compassionate consultation, and drive business development efforts by expanding partnerships and client networks. Additionally, the role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available care facilities and the services they provide.QualificationsBackground in Rehabilitation, Social Work, Nursing, Case Management, and knowledge of senior care needs and challenges is preferred.Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to build and nurture client and provider relationships.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to empathize and support families during challenging times.Experience in or knowledge of senior living communities and healthcare systems is highly beneficial.This is NOT a 9 to 5 desk job. Must maintain a fluid schedule, accommodating early morning networking, evening events, and the occasional night or weekend tour with a family. Thrive in not being micromanaged!
