Equipment Maintenance Technician

Due to this growth there is a demand for talented professionals to join our team.We are currently seeking a skilled technician to perform mechanical maintenance on various production equipment. Maintenance Technicians ensure equipment that automates the production of mail pieces, including insert machines, folders and inkjets are operational to meet production needs.ResponsibilitiesMachine set upInstall, move, troubleshoot, repair, modify & make adjustments to production equipment to ensure proper operation and prevent equipment down timeCommunicate proper technique to machine operators for optimal productionEnsure proper preventative maintenance and safety inspections are doneContinuously obtain knowledge on updated equipment and industry specificationsQualifications & CompetenciesLight electrical skillsStrong mechanical aptitude3 + years previous work experience on production equipment/machinesAbility to exercise good independent judgmentAbility to effectively communicate with management, co-workers, vendors and suppliersDemonstrates exemplary work ethic; dependable and punctualBilingual in English and Spanish not mandatory but a plusMust be available to work mandatory overtime including SaturdaysAction Mailing & Printing Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package and a climate controlled casual work environment.
