We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of our office.This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who brings organizational precision, professional communication, and genuine initiative to every task.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and route incoming calls with a professional, polished phone presenceManage and maintain organized digital and physical filing systemsCoordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage correspondenceDraft, format, and proofread memos, reports, and professional documentsMaintain data entry accuracy across databases and spreadsheetsOrder and track office supplies; ensure office equipment is functionalGreet clients and visitors professionally; serve as first point of contactTake accurate meeting minutes and distribute to appropriate partiesRequired Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google WorkspaceStrong verbal and written communication skillsSuperior time-management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionHigh school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredCompensation & BenefitsPay: $20–$35/hour depending on experienceFull benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTOSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PMCompany Description **DO NOT CONTACT TTI AND CEO/OWER DIRECTLY** You will not be consideredTTI Environmental Laboratories is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, and NELAC-certified analytical and environmental testing laboratory headquartered in Arlington, Texas.
