Accounting Administrator - Amarillo, TX

Payroll Position This is a payroll position within the Tyson Amarillo Complex. This position is a day position that works Monday through Saturday, with occasional Sundays and holidays as needed. Applicant MUST have a flexible schedule to work early mornings into late evenings when needed. Excellent data entry, math and problem solving skills are a must, along with the ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast paced environment. Hired applicant will be required to cross-train in other parts of the office and cover other desks as needed. Education: Must have high school diploma or GED, vocational school or equivalent preferred. Experience: 3 plus years of office experience. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including generating simple spreadsheets; Microsoft Office; knowledge of Tyson Systems SAP. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to understand, implement, and follow written policies. Special Skills: Strong organizational analytical and problem solving skills; knowledge of multiple business units accounting requirements and general ledger coding.
