Perform minor set ups and troubleshoot equipment issues. This position reports directly to the Department Manager and is supported by the department's Team Lead(s). This position works Monday through Thursday 3:00pm 1:30am with overtime as needed. This shift is eligible for a $1.00 shift differential.What You'll Be DoingUsing blueprints to do visual product inspections to verify conformance to print specifications and tracking conformance using the Screw MFG Inspection sheet and SPC program. (40%)Changing tools and adjusting machine back to proper specification. (30%)Performing housekeeping/daily machine maintenance and troubleshooting manufacturing issues. (20%)Driving a forklift to retrieve raw material or deliver finished product to outbound staging area. Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendancePhysical Requirements And Work EnvironmentPhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. This role operates large equipment while standing for approximately 8-12 hours, regularly twisting, and bending in a repetitive motion.
