Must have Retail industry exp.About the CompanySEI is committed to delivering high-value insights and customer-centric sales and marketing strategies for our Supplier's products.About the RoleThe Retail Data Analyst Junior to Mid level will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and developing data collection systems that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.ResponsibilitiesInterpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.Developing and implementing data analyses and data collection systems.Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.Providing guidance and case studies to assigned user groups.Partnering with assigned user groups to act as the voice of the customer.Delivering internal customer success processes, including customer onboarding and ongoing support strategies.Delivering ad hoc project analytics and presentations as needed.Defining metrics for measuring C-Shopper program impact and customer satisfaction.Anticipating and removing barriers that slow down or prevent teams from delivering on project goals.Conducting and reporting on user group evaluations and feedback.Communicating effectively with other users and team mates to drive adoption and success.Continuously reviewing market and customer trends to improve user experience.QualificationsJunior to Mid level experience in data analysis.Required SkillsStrong analytical skills.Proficiency in statistical techniques.Experience with data collection systems.Effective communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in customer success processes.Familiarity with market and customer trends.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience.Equal Opportunity StatementSEI is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
