Zero Turn / Equipment Operator

AS A ZERO TURN / EQUIPMENT OPERATORYou will safely operate commercial-grade landscaping equipment and ensure the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements.A ZERO TURN / EQUIPMENT OPERATOR DUTIES INCLUDEOperating a zero turn mower on the roadside to maintain vegetation around guard rails, signs, utility poles, and fence line. When not actively operating equipment, you may be assigned to other groundskeeping duties, such as: Gathering and removing litter and/or bags of litter.Using weedeaters, blowers, or other landscaping tools and equipment to maintain vegetation.QUALIFICATIONS WE LOOK FORPrevious experience in landscape or similar industry.Knowledge and ability to use landscape-related tools (i.e. mowers, trimmers, blowers. etc.)Horticulture knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, and mulching.A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are a plus.COMPENSATION / BENEFITS$18.00 - $20.00 per hourMedical, Dental, Vision, Liability, and several more supplemental insurance options401K plan with partial match*Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays*EDUCATIONHigh School or equivalentRCI is an Equal Employment Opportunity and E-Verify Employer#INDLP
