We are looking for experienced hosts to join our Tatsu-Ya team! We provide a friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Job Duties: Greet incoming and departing guests warmly; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce server's name Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service Tend to special guest needs and requests if needed Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies Perks Include: Free shift meals or paid family meal Flexible hours A fun, dynamic, fast-paced work environment Internal growth opportunities Paid medical benefits offered Required Skills/Abilities: Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance Must be able to clearly communicate guests' needs to Servers, Bussers, Managers, etc. Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team Passion for providing extraordinary service The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts Ability to work effectively within a team Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone Knowledge of RESY preferred but no required Apply today!
