If you want to be part of building something meaningful with a team that takes pride in the craft, keep reading.About the roleWe are looking for an Event Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our events team. You will work directly with our Director of Events, Senior Account Lead, and Technical Director to keep every project running: gathering information, organizing vendor quotes, tracking milestones, managing communication, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.You will be the person who makes sure the team has what they need to deliver an incredible experience. And as you grow, you will have the opportunity to own select client events end-to-end.What you'll doCollect event information from clients and vendors and organize it into production documentsGather and organize vendor quotes so the senior team can review and finalize fasterBuild look books, rooming lists, and event templates for each showSet up scope of work documents with event details so the account team can focus on contentMaintain Basecamp projects with updates, files, and task trackingManage vendor email follow-ups and communication across multiple concurrent eventsTrack event milestones (60-day, 30-day, 14-day cadences) and flag anything at riskCoordinate travel logistics, hotel room blocks, and transportationRaise invoices in Xero and support budget trackingTravel to select events to support onsite logistics, registration, and coordinationHelp compile future event needs early so the team stays ahead instead of reactingOver time, take ownership of select small and medium client events under the Director's guidanceWhat we're looking for2-4 years in event coordination, operations, or admin support (corporate events a plus)You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
