Sponsorship Manager (Corporate Partnerships)

This is an opportunity to combine client-facing leadership, operational rigor, and analytical storytelling to directly influence partnership growth.About the Role:As Sponsorship Manager (Corporate Partnerships), you will be responsible for executing and optimizing all aspects of sponsorship deliverables from contract through renewal. You'll translate agreements into actionable plans, orchestrate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure partners see clear value and ROI. Your work will underpin long-term partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end fulfillment of sponsorship and brand partnership programs, from contract handoff through post-campaign wrap.Track and execute all contractual assets, ensuring deliverables are scheduled, produced, and launched on time and to spec.Lead regular partner calls to review status, align on priorities, and manage updates or light contract changes.Coordinate digital signage and kiosk activations, including asset trafficking, timelines, and onsite/remote logistics.Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless delivery across all touchpoints.Maintain accurate asset and project tracking in Asana and CRM tools, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.Develop clear reporting and ROI analyses for each partnership, telling a compelling performance story to support renewals.Identify opportunities to enhance partnership value and upsell additional assets or initiatives based on performance insights.Key Requirements:5+ years of experience in sponsorship or brand partnership fulfillment, preferably in a client-facing capacity.Proven track record managing sponsorship deliverables and partner relationships independently and with minimal oversight.Strong client-facing maturity, with the ability to lead calls, handle objections, and represent the company confidently.Hands-on experience tracking and executing contractual assets across multiple channels and timelines.Comfort with analytics and performance data, with the ability to translate metrics into clear, actionable narratives.Solid CRM and project tracking experience, including managing complex workflows and multiple concurrent partnerships.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with consistent on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.Desirable Skills:Agency-side sponsorship or brand partnership fulfillment experience.Experience on the brand/rights-holder side managing sponsorship portfolios.Familiarity with digital signage, kiosks, and related media activation workflows.Proficiency with Asana specifically for asset and project tracking.Experience contributing to renewal and upsell strategies for sponsorship programs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.Additional training or certification in sponsorship, partnerships, or account management is an advantage.Any relevant analytics, project management, or CRM certifications are a plus.If you're ready to take full ownership of high-profile sponsorship programs and be the trusted partner to key brands, we'd like to hear from you.
