American Road Group is seeking an Apparel Team Leader at our Disney Springs Harley-Davidson location in Lake Buena Vista, FL! This is a part time position, with evenings and weekends required. Reports to Apparel Manager.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee and Direct Operations of Apparel LocationParticipates in Training, Development, and Recruitment of Employees with the Apparel ManagerInventory ManagementRetail Environment and Customer ServiceOther Duties as AssignedRequirementsExperience with retail sales.Preferred knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson Apparel or other products sold by dealership.Friendly, outgoing personality; must demonstrate ability to get along with broad customer base.Education or experience in retail sales, food and beverage, or hospitality industries.Experience with POS systems, computerized inventory systems, or the ability to learn quickly.Must have the ability to stand and work on the sales floor for extended periods of time during scheduled shift.Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50lbs.Must be flexible in schedule, including weekends and events as needed.
