Our team shares that same commitment to quality in every corner of the business, and we're looking for the right person to carry it into our clients' homes.The RoleAs a Measure & Install Specialist, you are the final, most tangible expression of the Solé Shades experience. You arrive in our clients' homes with precision tools and refined presentation, and you leave behind beautifully installed window coverings — and a lasting impression of the care behind our brand.What You'll DoPerform in-home measurements and installations of our custom window treatments, including woven shades, roller shades, roman shades, and draperyInstall and program motorized systems, with a focus on Lutron and Somfy integrationDeliver a considered, white-glove experience at every appointment — from first knock to final walkthroughWalk clients through how to operate and care for their new window coverings before leaving the job siteUse our measure and install techniques and software systems to ensure precision and efficiency on every projectPartner closely with our design team and showroom to provide a seamless experience from consultation to installationCommunicate in real time with our Fountain Valley team while in the fieldBring sound judgment and creative problem-solving to the unique challenges that come with custom installationsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentBackground in carpentry, custom installation, or a comparable skilled tradeConfident with hand and power tools — power drills, impact drivers, levels, and moreWorking knowledge of fasteners, anchors, and drill bits across a variety of wall typesProven accuracy within 1/8" using both manual and laser measuring toolsExperience delivering in-home customer service, ideally in a luxury or design-forward environmentClear, professional communication — written and spokenPunctual, dependable, and meticulous, with a strong sense of personal integrityComfortable using modern technology, including tablets, mobile devices, and installation softwareActive driver's license and insurable driving recordAble to lift 55 pounds and work safely on ladders up to 26 feetContingenciesThis offer is contingent upon proof of legal authorization to work in the United States, confirmed through E-Verify within three business days of hire.Solé Shades is an equal opportunity employer.
