We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Lead to spearhead successful market penetration, revenue growth, and be the driving force between customer needs and product development teams. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial sectors. These trusted advisors have a passion for driving business success through innovation and strategic partnerships. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the liaison between customer needs and product design teams. Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with technical leads to ensure product development meets market demands. Identify and research new business opportunities and emerging markets. Build and maintain relationships with Vice Presidents of Business Development across multiple sales channels. Define pricing models and lead contract negotiations to optimize profitability. Oversee the creation and deployment of commercial support tools. Partner with marketing teams on branding, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market strategies. Analyze market trends and performance metrics to support strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
