Our Workers’ Compensation Practice Group provides legal consultation and risk management services to a wide variety of industries. We represent insurance companies and self-insured corporations before workers compensation judges, the Workers Compensation Appeal Board, and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Client support is also provided related to the Federal Coal Mine Health & Safety Act and the Black Lung Benefits Act.What sets us apart…The role will work in partnership with attorneys and paralegals with a focus on healthcare litigation matters.
