Prospective applicants will join a company that values technical excellence, reliability, and long-term client relationships.Role Description The Reliability Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for applying reliability engineering principles to systems and components, performing failure analysis, and supporting reliability centered maintenance efforts to improve system performance and availability. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing operational data, identifying root causes of failures, recommending corrective and preventive actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement reliability improvements. The Reliability Engineer will prepare technical reports, support troubleshooting activities in the field, and contribute to the development of reliability metrics and maintenance strategies aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.Qualifications Strong foundation in Reliability Engineering, including reliability modeling and prediction methodsAdvanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendationsExperience with Failure Analysis techniques and tools to determine root causes and corrective actionsKnowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance principles and application to complex systemsHands-on Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, or integrated systems in an operational environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field); advanced degree is a plusFamiliarity with DOD, NASA, or DOT standards and regulations is highly desirableStrong communication skills for preparing clear technical documentation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teamsAbility to work on-site in Houston, TX and occasionally support field activities or customer meetings
