Administrative Specialist II

Administrative SpecialistThis is an in-person position. The Administrative Specialist will serve the needs of the Health and Nutrition teams. Support manager and staff with tasks such as handling communication, scheduling meetings, maintaining and updating records, performing financial transactions, and providing general office support so the office runs efficiently. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
