Transmission Department Manager – Southeast RegionWe are in search of a seasoned Transmission Department Manager to lead our team in the Southeast Region. As a leader in this role, you will oversee a skilled team of engineers and designers, ensuring excellence in technical aspects, operational effectiveness, and sustainable business growth within our Transmission & Distribution sector.As the Manager of the Department, you will serve as a senior technical consultant on local and global transmission projects, supervise project completion, and promote the use of innovative tools and procedures that enhance results for our clients. Your role will also involve cultivating future talent — through recruitment, mentorship, and career advancement support — all while fostering a culture centered on safety, teamwork, and forward thinking.This position also offers the opportunity to help shape the strategic direction of the region. You will collaborate with business development teams to fortify client connections, pursue new prospects, and represent the organization at industry gatherings and functions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.Over 7 years of consulting experience in Transmission & Distribution.Demonstrated leadership in managing engineering teams.Excellent project management and communication abilities.PE license or PMP certification is a plus.Come join us and help shape the future of transmission engineering.
