Location: Greenwich Academy – Greenwich, CTJob Type: Seasonal / Part-Time / stipendJob SummaryGreenwich Academy is seeking passionate and energetic athletics coaches to lead and inspire our student-athletes during their seasons. Coaches will guide students in skill development, game strategy, and teamwork, all while promoting a positive and inclusive athletic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and lead engaging practices focused on skill-building, teamwork, and sportsmanshipTeach sport rules, fundamentals, and strategies appropriate for middle school and/or upper school athletes Create a safe, structured, and motivating environment for all playersManage team logistics including game lineups and basic equipment oversightCommunicate regularly with players, families, and the Athletics DepartmentSupervise students during all team activities and ensure proper conductRepresent Greenwich Academy positively in all interscholastic competitionsQualificationsPrior coaching or competitive sport specific experience (middle school level or higher preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsEnthusiastic and patient with young athletesCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Must pass background check and meet all Greenwich Academy employment requirementsHow To ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter.
