This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms * Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit payments accurately * Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales * Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, bar area, and service stations in accordance with health regulations * Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations *Qualifications* * Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred * Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus * Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally * Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail * Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs accurately * Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures * Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Join us as a Server and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality.
