Let’s take a closer look at the roleJob DescriptionTA Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive team performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, inventory control, and safety. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced logistics environment.This role is for our Greenwood, IN warehouse. HOWEVER, you will be required to travel to Columbus until August for training. Days and Shift Information 1st | Monday–Friday | Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as neededKey Responsibilities Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to meet productivity and quality standards Resolve shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, and damaged goods promptly Prepare and maintain accurate reports on performance, productivity, and attendance Support process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs Coordinate and communicate daily workload with team members and departmentsWork Environment Fast-paced, warehouse environment Physical activity required, including lifting up to 33 lbs.
