Warehouse Team Lead

Job Description :Position SummaryThe Lead supports the Supervisor in managing daily departmental operations and leads the team in the Supervisor’s absence. This role ensures productivity, efficiency, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.Pay: $20 HourlyHours: 9 AM - 5:30 PMKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor, assign, and oversee daily work for team membersLead daily operations and complete end-of-shift reportsFollow up on operational issues and resolve as neededCollaborate with local teams to identify process improvementsTrack and report daily efficiency and performance metricsMaintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policiesAdhere to and promote the 7S Program and guidelinesWork overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as required (especially during Q4)Perform other related duties as assignedQualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in SAP and/or WMS environments preferredStrong computer literacyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven leadership, organizational, and analytical abilitiesReliable, dependable team player with strong accountabilityPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbsWarehouse dock and office manufacturing environmentOccasional exposure to outdoor weather conditionsModerate to loud noise levelsSecurity & Compliance ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all information security policies and company proceduresProtect company assets, systems, and confidential informationReport suspected security incidents or vulnerabilities promptlyHandle personal, client, and business data in compliance with data protection laws and company policiesLabor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
