The Role We are seeking an experienced Breast Ultrasound Sonographer for a PRN / Part-Time role with a 6-month commitment, supporting maternity leave coverage and mobile screening locations, with the option of accepting a permanent position. This position averages 1–3 days per week, with schedules provided months in advance. This role is ideal for an ARDMS-certified ultrasound technologist with breast imaging experience seeking flexible, supplemental work in a low-stress outpatient environment. Most exams are bilateral breast screenings, with occasional abdomen (no Doppler), thyroid, and pelvic (TA only) studies. What You’ll Do Perform breast ultrasound exams with accuracy, efficiency, and care Ensure patient comfort and provide compassionate, professional communication Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team Support mobile screening days when scheduled (Locations may include Roswell, Acworth, Midtown, Peachtree City, Kennesaw, and Woodstock) What We’re Looking For Breast sonography experience required Minimum 2+ years of ultrasound experience Comfortable performing bilateral breast exams independently Dependable, calm, and patient-focused Ability to work independently in clinic and mobile settings Professional demeanor aligned with a quality-over-volume practice Compensation & Perks $40–$45/hr (W-2) Signing bonus available (paid after a set period of employment) Travel/commute reimbursement for mobile locations Flexible PRN schedule Calm, professional, family-focused work environment Please note: benefits are not included at this time.
