Main duties will include processing and mounting plant specimens, entering specimen data into a database, and identifying plant specimens. The student will also have the opportunity to assist in the collection and processing of plants specimens.This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notifiedRequired QualificationsHas completed Taxonomy with a B or better grade or Approval of the Herbarium Curator. Current major in the college of science.Preferred QualificationsThe ability to work independently and meticulously. A passion for plant identification as a professional or hobbyist.Background Check?
