We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving patient health and well-being.Key Responsibilities:Provide primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, and management of conditions.Conduct physical exams and develop care plans.Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.Educate and counsel patients on health management and lifestyle modifications.Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Support annual wellness visits and assist with Medicare documentation and quality measures.Enhance workflows and patient outcomes through collaboration with IPA Providers/APPs.Qualifications:Successful completion of a Physician Assistant program with Board Certification.Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in state of practice location.Active and unrestricted DEA license.Experience working with LGBTQ+ populations and a commitment to providing inclusive and compassionate care.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; demonstrate a high level of skill in interpersonal relationships and communication with all colleagues; fully engaged in the concept of “Integrated team-based care.”Experience or willingness and ability to learn/adapt to practice in a value-based care setting.Superior patient/customer service skills.Basic computer skills, including email and EMR.Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of a collaborating physician/medical director.Benefits:Guaranteed base Salary + bonus.Health insurance.Malpractice Insurance.401(k).Life Insurance/Disability.Paid Time Off.Scheduled Weekly Hours:Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.Pay Range: Salary plus bonus per year.
