Key ResponsibilitiesBuild proactive global faculty pipelines and directly source academic talent worldwide
Provide recruitment partnership across various business lines and maintain consistent hiring standards
Support the employee lifecycle and coordinate HR processes, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracyRequired QualificationsProven experience leading international faculty searches across multiple geographies
Strong understanding of the global higher education landscape and academic career pathways
Demonstrated ability to build credible faculty pipelines through deep research and sourcing
Experience partnering with senior academic stakeholders
Prior experience in an HRBP or hybrid TA + HR partnering role is highly desirable
