We're a locally owned Specialized Recruiting Group office a tope 3 office nationally. We're adding an Engineering Recruiter to our team. You'll be on the front lines: developing client relationships, sourcing and interviewing engineering talent, and closing.Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO You'll own two sides of the desk — business development and recruiting. That means prospecting and building relationships with engineering firms and hiring managers, while simultaneously building a bench of strong engineering candidates you can move quickly. The best days are when both sides come together and you make a placement. The comp reflects that. This is a relationship-driven role, and you'll have conversations with Engineers, Project Managers, MEP professionals, and the companies that want to hire them. Enjoying speaking to people is a core value for us. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We'll be direct about the profile we're hiring for: Competitive by nature.
