This can include altering product surface, utilizing chemical baths and cleaning solutions, or inspecting product features and packaging.Essential FunctionsAttention to detailUnderstand cosmetic standardsComplete necessary documentsCross train on multiple pieces of equipmentMaintain diameter and other features of productProperly loading product into equipmentPerform dimensional checksGood housekeepingOther work-related duties as assignedCompetenciesAbility to read basic level blueprints featuresAbility to use micrometers, calipers, comparators, Go/No-Go gauges, Bend gauges etc.Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Understanding of chemicals as neededAbility to adjust PSI as neededAbility to use color gages as neededDisplay basic math skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to comply with Quality Management System requirementsMust be respectful and display a positive attitudeEducationHigh School Diploma or GED preferredBenefits Include:Medical, Vision and Dental InsuranceShort-Term Disability401(k) + Company matchPaid sick days and vacation daysPaid holidays
