Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN – Psych)Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. Monitor patient mental status and identify changes in behavior or condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring patient responses. Provide crisis intervention and support during behavioral emergencies. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate documentation in theElectronic Medical Record (EMR)system.Requirements ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN) Licensein the state of practice Minimum 1–2 years of Psychiatric / Behavioral Health nursing experience preferred BLS Certification required Strong communication, critical thinking, and de-escalation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced behavioral health environment Preferred Qualifications CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification Experience ininpatient psychiatric or behavioral health facilities Experience withEMR systems
