Corporate & Mergers & Acquisitions Associate AttorneyOur growing business law practice is seeking a Corporate & Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney to work on sophisticated domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and business formations.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on deal exposure, direct partner mentorship, and meaningful responsibility in complex transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate purchase agreements, NDAs, licenses, leases, and ancillary transaction documents.Support M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.Conduct and manage due diligence processes.Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation, and general business matters.Assist with cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance.Requirements2+ years of corporate and/or M&A experience.Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents.Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with middle-market transactions.Exposure to private equity, ESOPs, or international transactions.
