Job Type: Full-Time Year-Round Seasonal Overtime Available
Pay Range: $26–$42/hr (based on PROVEN experience)
ROLE SUMMARY
On Pointe Contracting is hiring a Crew Foreman / Operator for our Inland Lake Division to lead dock and lift installations, removals, service work, and inland lake waterfront construction projects.
This is a working foreman position for someone who leads from the front, works alongside their crew, and consistently delivers clean, professional results that meet On Pointe’s standards.
This role requires reliability, leadership, and the ability to run work efficiently without constant oversight.

You are expected to:
Work alongside your crew
Lead by example
Help produce the work — not just direct it
Maintain professionalism, accountability, and efficiency on every job
Uphold quality and safety standards on residential waterfront properties
This is not a stand-back-and-point role.
EQUIPMENT ACCOUNTABILITY & CARE
Foremen are responsible for the proper care, organization, and readiness of equipment assigned to their crew, including:
Trucks, trailers, barge, etc...
Tools and specialty equipment
Dock and lift components
Jobsite materials and hardware
This includes keeping equipment clean, functional, job-ready, and reporting issues early to prevent downtime.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage inland lake field crews on-site
Execute dock and lift installs/removals efficiently and professionally
Operate equipment and tools as needed
Perform layout, problem-solving, and jobsite leadership
Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
Coordinate daily needs with the Project Manager (materials, timing, scope)
Train crew members and help develop future leaders
Provide strong customer service on private residential waterfront properties
PAY & ADVANCEMENT
We pay for PROVEN experience.
Final compensation within the posted range is determined after a paid working interview and is based on demonstrated leadership, efficiency, and ability to run work independently.
There is opportunity for long-term growth within the Inland Lake Division for the right leader.
