We are looking for a driven, analytically minded Senior Paid Search Manager to become a cornerstone of our performance marketing team. Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Take full ownership of our paid search programs across Google and Bing, managing campaigns across multiple brands with a focus on driving efficient user acquisition and profitable revenue growth - Lead ongoing campaign testing and expansion efforts, including bid strategy optimization, ad copy iteration, quality score improvements, and keyword scaling to meet growth objectives - Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to uncover conversion opportunities, improve funnel performance, and better understand the needs of our core users - Build and maintain clear, data-driven reporting that translates paid search performance into business insights for leadership and internal stakeholders - Manage and optimize monthly budgets exceeding $300,000, ensuring spend is allocated efficiently against revenue and acquisition goals - Partner directly with Google and Bing account representatives to access beta programs, custom reporting, and strategic guidance - Monitor channel performance closely and proactively identify areas for improvement, including new keyword opportunities, audience targeting strategies, and landing page alignment - Leverage modern AI tools and automation to accelerate campaign management and data analysis workflows Required Skills and Qualifications - 5 or more years of hands-on paid search experience with a strong track record of driving revenue and user growth in a B2C environment - Demonstrated experience managing and scaling monthly budgets of $300,000 or more - Deep proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including campaign structure, bid management, ad copy testing, and conversion optimization - Strong analytical skills with the ability to own channel data accuracy, build complex performance models, and communicate findings clearly - Solid working knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and attribution methodologies - Collaborative, agile mindset with a willingness to test new ideas and work cross-functionally to drive results - Experience with Google Tag Manager for custom event tracking and conversion setup is a strong plus - Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to accelerate execution is a major differentiator - Background in real estate, property management, or residential rental markets is a bonus but not required Why This Role Stands Out - Join a purpose-driven technology company with a nationally recognized platform and over one million users - Competitive compensation of $115,000 to $125,000 plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package - Hybrid schedule with a strong team culture and weekly in-person collaboration in Denver - 22 days of PTO in year one, 401k matching, full medical coverage options, annual bonus tied to company performance, and more - High-impact role with direct ownership of paid search strategy and clear room to grow within a scaling marketing organization
