Description:Outcode is hiring for a Project Manager to join our growing delivery team! The Project Manager leads software and technical project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Successful Project Managers are proactive problem-solvers with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Managing the complete lifecycle of software and technical projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and post-project review.Responsabilities:Coordinating with clients, internal stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomesLeading project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery trackingManaging day-to-day client communication and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdentifying project risks, blockers, and dependencies while proactively driving solutionsPreparing and reviewing project documentation, reports, and status updates for clients and leadershipEnsuring deliverables meet quality standards and project requirementsSupporting Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog groomingWorking closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical executionImplementing company methodologies, operational standards, and delivery best practicesSupporting continuous process improvement initiatives across projects and teamsSkills:Be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHave strong leadership and team coordination skillsPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersHave experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologiesHave experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g. ClickUp, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.)Be comfortable managing timelines, priorities, risks, and changing project requirementsUnderstand software development lifecycles and technical project environmentsHave knowledge of QA/QC processes and software delivery standardsHave basic understanding of UI/UX concepts and system architectureBe proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented in fast-paced environments
