This role partners with Finance and IT teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support financial systems that enable accurate reporting, reconciliation, and close processes.Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsSupport configuration, enhancements, and production support for Oracle Fusion Financials, FCCS, and ARCSTranslate business needs into functional and technical specificationsAssist with system testing, integrations, and issue resolutionSupport financial close, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes through system improvementsMaintain documentation and assist with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and releasesWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field3–5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, ARCS)Understanding of financial processes such as general ledger, consolidation, and reconciliationStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhy Choose Security Benefit?When you join our team, you're not just getting a paycheck — you're getting a career path full of growth opportunities, plus a robust benefits package that puts your well-being first.
