ICT Solution Manager

Job Responsibilities:1. Support the expansion and sales of the US ODM data communication business, understand market conditions, be clear about major overseas competitors, popular models, and market strategies.2. Have strong problem-solving skills, possess an active sales mindset, be familiar with new business channel customers, be able to quickly expand the market, and maintain customer relationships.3. Collaborate with different countries to complete market insights, competitive analysis, and formulate medium- and long-term sales strategies. Have excellent resource integration and business promotion capabilities, and be responsible for performance.4. Be responsible for collaborating with customers within the region, seek business opportunities, and convey and promote the value of the company's products and solutions.5. Research and understand the overseas market, search for target customer information, regularly analyze and review to identify deficiencies in business execution, and promptly optimize business strategies.Job Requirements:1. Background in IT data communication - switch and other related fields, with over 8 years of solution experience, and a certain understanding of overseas markets and the above-mentioned products.2. Successful experience in solutions for industries such as finance, education, enterprises, and government.3. English and Chinese can be used as working languages, with proficient document processing skills.4. Responsible, energetic, passionate about work, with good solution writing skills, strong execution ability, and stress resistance.
