Study Director - Americas CRO

Argenta is seeking a Study Director to join our Americas CRO leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our leadership team and will act as the single point of control and accountability for assigned studies.Key ResponsibilitiesApprove and sign study protocolEnsure objectives meet regulatory requirementsCoordinate with Sponsors and Quality AssuranceDelegate tasks accordingly during the course of the study but retain full responsibilityEnsure the study follows GLP and study protocol, overseeing animal care, sample collection and data recordingAddress deviations and ensure proper documentationReview and interpret results ensuring the scientific validity of conclusionsWrite, approve and sign the final study reportEnsure all raw data are archived properlyAbout YouAdvanced degree in a scientific discipline.10+ years experience in animal health product development, or veterinary clinical study project management.Proven experience managing cross functional teamsThorough knowledge of practical experience in GLP protocols, Final Study Reports and Study Master FilesCollaborative working style and the ability to lead and motivate people at all levels and across multiple functions within the organizationProven affinity with Animal HealthExcellent attention to detail and scientific judgementJ-18808-Ljbffr
