Job DescriptionFroedtert ThedaCare, a premier non-profit health system in Northeast Wisconsin, is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient practice in the scenic lakeside community of Two Rivers.This role offers the ideal balance of a high-functioning medical home with the expansive resources of a regional leader. You will step into a busy clinic with an established patient panel, long-term clinic staff, and the advanced technological support of an academic health network.Practice Highlights:Flexible FTE (0.5-1.0 FTE): Full-time (1.0 FTE) is defined as 35 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly.Optimal Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. Flexible 4 or 4.5-day workweeks are available.Advanced Efficiency: Fully integrated Epic EMR with DAX Copilot (AI documentation) and Dragon dictation tools to streamline your workflow.Smart Call Rotation: Balanced 1:10 phone-only call outside normal hours.
